Merry Christmas to All and to All a Good Night!

I bet you were all expecting some big, rousing, and exciting music, weren't you? Well, not no more (BTW, the 24 hours are up and I can reference H*R as much as I want now). I just happen to find this particular piece of music very moving around this time of year. Now allow me to be serious for a moment (OK, a couple moments...): Around this time of year there's a lot of commercialization and the meaning of the holiday has disappeared over time. Although Christmas was originally supposed to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ, nowadays everybody hears Christmas and thinks "Christmas shopping." I beg of you--you can go out shopping, spread out your joy, but be with your family today. Love them and have fun at the very least on today, a day which has been devoid of love for so long. If you are of a different faith, I still accept that. I'm assuming you would do the same on your respective holidays. But please, try to enjoy this day safely at home with your family, not out partying like you do the other 364-5 days of the year. Thank you. And may God bless you all.

It may just be me... but I can't hear the music.
